  • INFORMATION CONCERNING THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

    In accordance with article 13 law 1-2 regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the UE 2016/679 issued on 27.04.2016 on the protection of a natural person in regard to personal data processing and on the free movement of this kind of data also repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ UE L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter GDPR- we inform that:

    2. Your personal data will be processed in a few different purposes, i.e. for proper realization of the contract implemented with us, for tax purposes, also can be processed for pursuing claims resulting from the civil laws, if they occur. (Note that in the term “contract realization” are also included actions taken before the contract implementation, upon request of the subject’s data, if they are necessary for the contract implementation).
    3. Providing Your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for conclusion and implementation of the contract. Data processed by the Administrator, in particular, is name, surname, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, tax ID.
    4. Your data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the European Union) or any international organization.
    5. The legal basis for the personal data processing is article 6 from the law 1(b) regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of UE 2016/679 issued on 27.04.2016 on the protection of a natural person in regard to personal data processing and on the free movement of this kind of data also repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ UE L. from 2016 NR 119, p. 1)- hereinafter GDPR, (i.e. processing is necessary due to the contract implementation, which You are a contracting party or to take actions upon Your request before the contract implementation), article 6 law 1(c) GDPR (e.g. processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, to which we are the controller such as, e.g. obligation to maintain the documentation) and article 9 law 2(f) GDPR (i.e. processing is necessary for the establishment, recovery or defence of claims)
    6. You have the right to access Your personal data, for its correction, to request its removal or to raise an objection by reason of Your specific situation.
    7. If You find that Your personal data is not stored in accordance with the law requirements, You have a right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, that is Director of Personal Data Protection Office.
    8. You have a “right to be forgotten”, however with accordance regulations listed above- personal data provided on receipts or consignment notes, invoices are kept for periods laid down by law, in accordance with applicable Administrator’s regulations.
    9. What does it mean “to be forgotten”? The data subject has a right to claim to delete its data immediately, among other things, when the data is no longer needed for reasons, it was processed in the first place. This also applies in the situation of withdrawing consent, e.g. in order to receive a marketing offers, as well as when the data is processed without the legal basis, e.g. in case of resignation from using the service, in which the regulations applied, and also expiry of the limitation period of potential claims resulting from the agreement and due to carrying out the obligation to maintain the documentation.
    10. The recipients of your Personal Data will be entities, that we are obligated to transfer the data under applicable law, including the authorities of the state administration, as well as our current service providers among others accounting, transport, courier service and post office or debt collection services.
